Charles "Chud" Gerlach has been a litigator and trial lawyer for over 30 years.  After
Wayne State University Law School he was a Research Attorney for the Oakland County
Circuit Court where he honed his the talents that justified the Order of the Coif Award he
received during law school.  Mr. Gerlach's skills as an advocate representing individuals
and businesses, large and small, local, national and international has brought success
over a wide range of issues.

Trial and Appellate Advocate

Mr. Gerlach has represented a wide range of clients from various industries including
commercial real estate, health care, real estate lending and development, medical
equipment, insurance, construction, automobile component and service suppliers and
natural gas marketeers.  He has successfully represented clients on a wide range of
employment and labor law issues as well as bankruptcy litigation.  Chud Gerlach's wide
